Failure is often thought of as a process in which there is no moving forward but little is it known that it is actually a process of growth.
The society we live in has its mindset engraved that a person who fails or keeps failing is a loser, but to shatter away this thought, students of grade 6 came forward to present their thoughts in a speech competition on “Failure is the stepping stone to success”.
Success stories and examples were given forth by the speakers and proved that one does not need to succeed in order to prove their worth. It’s the failure that is the raw proof of your hard work that ultimately results in greater achievements.
The participants not only delivered their speeches but sent a wave of motivation among the audience to never lose the spirit and think of failure as another step towards success.
