Leading with purpose, teamwork and responsibility!
An engaging session was organised for our Lighthouse students with Mr. Masood Mir, focusing on the roles and responsibilities of the Lighthouse Team.
The session encouraged students to look beyond the title of leadership and understand what it truly means to be a responsible team member and a positive influence within the school community. Through meaningful discussion and practical insights, students explored key qualities of effective leadership, including teamwork, accountability, communication, confidence and leading by example.
It was a meaningful step towards nurturing confident, responsible and inspiring young leaders who are ready to make a difference through their actions.
