The first day of the Beginner Teachers Preparatory Programme (BTPP) marked the beginning of an important professional journey for our newly hired teachers.
The session provided an opportunity for our educators to engage in meaningful learning, build professional understanding and develop the knowledge and skills needed to create purposeful and engaging learning experiences for students.
The programme was facilitated by our Instructional Coaches, Ms. Elishba Iqbal and Ms. Amsa Qazi, who guided the participants through the initial stages of their professional learning journey.
As our new teachers embark on this journey, we look forward to supporting them as they shape futures, inspire minds and make a meaningful difference in every classroom.
