Independence Day is celebrated annually on August 14th. The day we got our identity as a sovereign country. This year it was more special as it is our diamond jubilee when we celebrate 75th anniversary of Pakistan.
So, what did we do to celebrate this special Independence Day at school?
We at Kindergarten Campus Latifabad planned a grand event to mark the occasion in the school. The day began with special prayers in the morning followed by the most beautiful National Anthem of the world.
A beautiful cake with Pakistani Flag colors was cut with mothers, students and staff.
Special craft was planned by each level to show patriotism. Each class poured their utmost creativity and love into their art pieces. Students made flag themed headbands, used leaf painting to make Pakistan’s flags, Kg students made a special booklet portraying the national symbols of Pakistan, Class One students sang beautiful national songs on the stage as it was our 75th Independence Day.
