Our little Pre-Nursery learners had an exciting and joyful day as they celebrated Goose’s Birthday! The celebration was inspired by the story “Happy Birthday, Goose!” a delightful book that teaches children about friendship, celebration, and joy. The day was filled with giggles, creativity, and cheerful activities that made learning even more fun!
The children came to school dressed in bright birthday hats, their faces glowing with excitement. The classroom was decorated with colorful balloons and streamers, creating the perfect party atmosphere for Goose’s big day. The teachers welcomed the little ones with a warm smile and a cheerful birthday song, setting the tone for a fun-filled morning.
The celebration began with a creative doodling activity where the children colored and decorated the outline of a cupcake. They used crayons, stickers, and glitter to make their cupcakes look as sweet and sparkly as possible. Next, the children worked together to decorate a big dummy cake — adding paper candles, sprinkles, and ribbons to make it look festive and special for Goose.
One of the highlights of the day was the energetic balloon game “Keep It Uppy!” In this fun activity, the children had to keep the balloon from touching the floor by tapping it gently into the air. Laughter and cheers filled the room as they ran around trying their best to keep the balloon up!
The celebration ended with a big “Happy Birthday, Goose!” cheer, reminding everyone that birthdays are not just about cakes and candles but also about sharing happiness and togetherness. It was truly a memorable day full of learning, laughter, and love!
