Leaders are not born, they are made and they are made just like anything else, through hard work.
The first habit “Be proactive” from the book “7 Habits of Highly effected people” was integrated in PSHE lesson in which students of class IV & V participated in different activities.
The term proactive means you are in charge of your responsibilities. A Lotus Diagram is a brainstorming and organization tool. It helps define key concepts and parts on a broader picture. In lotus diagram students written ways though which they can be proactive in different situations for example; in classroom, in canteen. Students share their understanding and jotted down the things they can control and the things they cannot control.
This will lead students to become a Proactive person helping them predict consequences, risks and opportunities.
