As Term 1 of the 2025–26 session draws to a close, our Early Years team has been busy reviewing each child’s learning journey through detailed reading records and developmental checklists. This reflective process helps us understand how our young learners are progressing across key developmental areas.
Our Progress Check Day was a meaningful opportunity to pause, observe, and appreciate our students’ growth. Teachers celebrated milestones—big and small—while also gathering valuable feedback to guide next steps. Through thoughtful observations and child-centered discussions, we were able to identify strengths, recognise emerging skills, and pinpoint areas that may need timely support.
