Our Grade II students experienced an inspiring and meaningful Project-Based Learning session as part of their Animal Heroes project, led by Mr. Shahzor Hashim, πŸŽ“ MSc in Clinical Psychology and a passionate volunteer at the Calgary Humane Society and Animal Welfare Association.

During the session, Mr. Shahzor guided our young learners on how to care for animals with love, kindness, and empathy. Through engaging discussion and real-life examples, students learned the importance of being gentle, responsible, and compassionate towards animals.

The session not only deepened students’ understanding of animal care but also encouraged them to reflect on how small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Their curiosity, thoughtful questions, and enthusiasm truly reflected the impact of this enriching experience.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Shahzor Hashim for inspiring our students to become true animal heroes and nurturing values of compassion and responsibility from an early age. πŸŒŸπŸ’›
