PSHE Class – Grades 6, 7 & 8: Building Life Skills and Resilience 🌱💡

Students of Grades 6, 7, and 8 recently embarked on an inspiring PSHE session designed to build confidence, empathy, and essential life skills. The class began with interactive introductions and partner activities, setting a lively and inclusive tone that encouraged connection and self-expression.

A highlight of the session was the creative exercise “What’s in Your Life Backpack?”, where students reflected on their experiences, values, and aspirations. Through sharing and discussion, they explored personal strengths, recognized challenges, and practiced empathy—taking the first steps toward becoming responsible, resilient, and self-aware individuals.

This session beautifully exemplified the purpose of PSHE: guiding students to understand themselves, connect meaningfully with others, and develop the skills needed to navigate life with confidence and compassion. It was an empowering start to a journey of personal growth and social awareness, leaving students motivated to embrace both challenges and opportunities with courage.
