Both medieval and modern scholars feel at complete loss of words to describe the impactful personality of our beloved prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), who made this world a better place for human race, with his teachings, centered upon kindness and empathy. He (S.A.W) made his entry to the world on 12th of Rabi – ul – awwal (the third month of Islamic calendar) 570AD. Till date, Muslim world has deep sense of regard for this auspicious day. Muslims all over the world join together and arrange Mehfil-e-Naat and Mehfil-e-Zikr for the whole week before 12th of Rabi-ul-Awal.
In our aim to provide holistic and rewarding learning experiences to our students, BSS-Jubilee campus also celebrated 12th Rabi – ul – awwal with full religious fervour. In this regard, a Mehfil-e-Naat-Khwani was organized by the Primary and Middle section. Teachers and students worked enthusiastically to make this event a huge success. Throughout the event, the participants enlightened the audience with different aspects of Sirat-un-Nabi (S.A.W) while also enhancing their own presentation skills. The school choir actively recited Durood-e-Pak in between the Naat presentations. Parents attended the event and it was also broadcasted live on the Jubilee Campus’s Facebook page. The event received huge appreciation from parents and students.
Senior section of Jubilee campus organized Mehfil-e-Milaad on 1st November 2021, in which three competitions were held including Naat, Qiraat and Quiz. Students gave tribute to our Holy Prophet(SAW) with their melodious Naats. Teachers from the senior section also made their contribution to this event by presenting beautiful Naats.
In addition to that quiz competition was held among 4 teams, each team consisted of 4 students. They were asked questions related to four topics (Life of Holy Prophet(SAW), Rightly guided Caliphs, Pillars of Islam and Article of faith).
Certificates were awarded to all the participants and the winners.
Winners of the Quiz competition were,
1st position:Team 4 : Haziq, Zaeem, Adeen Maniya, M. Moosa and Haris Aqeel
2nd position: Team 2 : Tooba Khan, Abdul Wasey, M. Ayaan, Mustafa Umer and Uzair
3rd position: Team 3 : Azmatullah, Ameer Hamza, Ali Mustafa, Aden and Imad
4th position: Team 1 : Talha, Amaan, Mustafa Danish, Awab and Bazil
We (the management team at BSS Jubilee campus) will continue to pour in efforts for engraving the importance of our beloved Prophet’s teachings in young minds of our students, so that they may grow up to be great leaders like him. Ameen.
