That’s exactly the conversation we opened up with parents during our recent online Leader in Me session \u2014 and the response was nothing short of wonderful.<\/p>\n

Why Leader in Me?<\/h2>\n

The Leader in Me programme is built on a simple but powerful idea: every child has the potential to be a leader, starting with leading themselves. Through the well-known 7 Habits, children learn to take initiative, set goals, manage their time, listen with empathy, and work well with others \u2014 skills that go far beyond the classroom and shape how they navigate life.<\/p>\n

Our goal with this session was simple: help parents understand not just what<\/em> we teach, but how<\/em> \u2014 and how they can be genuine partners in reinforcing these habits at home.<\/p>\n

What Parents Told Us<\/h2>\n

We’re always listening, and this time was no different. We collected feedback from families, and the results were heartening \u2014 every single parent found the session valuable, with the overwhelming majority rating both the content and the presenter’s clarity as excellent.<\/p>\n

Parents told us they walked away with a clearer picture of how habits like Responsibility<\/strong>, Leadership<\/strong>, and Goal-Setting<\/strong> are woven into everyday classroom life \u2014 not as abstract ideas, but as practical, teachable moments.<\/p>\n

A Shared Journey<\/h2>\n

If there’s one thing this session reaffirmed, it’s this: raising confident, responsible, capable young leaders isn’t something a school can do alone, nor something a parent can do alone. It takes both \u2014 talking the same language, reinforcing the same habits, and celebrating the same small wins.<\/p>\n
