Leadership isn’t just with regards to the gig title an individual has. Leadership is about the practices they show and the activities they rouse. Leadership is an expertise, not a capacity, and the best chiefs are the ones that perceive that and are continuously looking to create and develop.<\/p>\n

When you work hard as a team and get appreciated by your leader that is the time to celebrate and work harder to get more positive comments like ,
