Our lower primary students have stepped up as teachers, ensuring that the privilege of education is shared with the entire community.
The Classroom: Empowering Our Support Staff
The initiative began with our lower primary students taking the lead to teach our dedicated support staff. These sessions, held during designated times, are a beautiful exchange of knowledge and respect. Students teach essential life skills, foundational literacy, and basic digital know-how. This reverse mentorship not only builds the skills of our staff members but also instills a profound sense of dignity, social responsibility, and empathy in our young learners.
Seeing a 7-year-old patiently explaining the alphabet or basic numeracy to an adult is a powerful testament to the impact of hands-on community service.
Extending the Impact: Partnership with Parents and Househelps
We are thrilled to announce that this initiative has recently been extended and amplified by our generous community! We actively encouraged our students and parents to partner in this mission, taking the lessons of SDG 4 into their homes.
Now, our students, with the guidance and participation of their parents, are teaching their househelps and domestic staff. This initiative turns every home into a hub of learning and empowerment. The commitment shown by our families—making time to teach, share resources, and provide basic foundational skills—is deeply inspiring.

The goal goes far beyond individual lessons. Our participating families are now actively creating awareness within their social circles and encouraging others to do the same.
