Beaconhouse Early Years Campus Malir marked a proud milestone this year with the Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026-27, formally recognizing the young leaders chosen to steer their Houses through the year ahead. The ceremony brought together students and teachers to celebrate a new cohort of House Captains and House Vice Captains — eight children who will carry the spirit of leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork across the school.
Meet the New House Leaders
🐬 Dashing Dolphins
Leading the Dolphins this year are Omer Taifoor Shah (II F) as House Captain and Alizay Shanzay (I C) as House Vice-Captain.
🦅 Exquisite Eagles
The Eagles will be guided by Shahmeer Faridi (II B) as House Captain, alongside Subhan Alam (I A) as House Vice-Captain.
🐆 Legendary Leopards
Taking charge of the Leopards are Doreen Imad (II H) as House Captain and Muhammad Salaar (I E) as House Vice-Captain.
🐐 Majestic Markhors
Rounding out the leadership line-up, the Markhors will be led by Arbish Khan (II C) as House Captain, with Ayesha Shahnawaz (I C) as House Vice-Captain.
A Moment of Pride and Responsibility
The investiture is more than a ceremonial badge-pinning — it is the moment these young students formally step into roles of trust and responsibility. As they took their oath, each Captain and Vice-Captain committed to representing their House with integrity, encouraging their peers, and setting an example both on the field and in the classroom.
Watching these students — some as young as Class I — stand tall and accept their sashes and badges was a heartening reminder of how early leadership qualities can be nurtured when given the right platform.
Looking Ahead to 2026-27
With four Houses now fully led, the stage is set for a year full of inter-house competitions, sports days, and collaborative House events. Each Captain and Vice-Captain will play a key role in motivating their Housemates, fostering healthy competition, and building a strong sense of belonging within their teams.
Congratulations once again to our newly invested leaders. We look forward to seeing the Dolphins, Eagles, Leopards, and Markhors bring their houses’ spirit to life throughout the year!
