Learning just got a whole lot more exciting at our campus!
Our School Coordinator, Ms. Sajida Riffat, teamed up with Ms. Moheira Taha Khan to lead a 3-day training session on Project-Based Learning (PBL) 1.0 for all our teachers. It wasn’t just another training; it was an energetic and hands-on workshop that got everyone buzzing with new ideas.
Think beyond textbooks and worksheets. PBL is all about giving learners a real-world problem to solve, a question to investigate, or a challenge to tackle. This kind of learning isn’t just about memorising facts; it’s about building the skills that really matter today:
- Creativity: Letting learners find their own unique way to solve a problem.
- Collaboration: Teaching them how to work together as a team, just like in the real world.
- Critical Thinking: Helping them analyse information and think deeply about complex issues.
Our teachers are now equipped with the tools to bring the PBL approach into every classroom. They’re already dreaming up e-Steam and e-Supper projects shared by the curriculum managers that will not only cover the attainment targets but also spark a genuine passion for learning in our learners. We’re ready to see our learners become creators, innovators, and problem-solvers.
We invite you to follow our school blog and social media to see these incredible projects as they unfold throughout the term!
Get ready for some truly amazing e-steam and e-Supper projects to come out of our classrooms soon!
