Episode 6: PYP 4 Learners Lead the Way with a Beach Clean-Up Drive

In celebration of World Clean-Up Day, our PYP 4 learners at Beaconhouse Clifton Campus made a significant move by organising a Beach Clean-Up Drive as part of their action in their ongoing Unit of Inquiry. This initiative was more than just an activity—it was a real-world opportunity for our learners to connect classroom learning with authentic action.

Through this activity, our learners not only deepened their understanding of the unit but also demonstrated responsibility, agency, and care for the environment. By actively engaging in the clean-up, they reflected the true spirit of IB learners and took ownership, making a difference, and contributing to a sustainable future.

This initiative stands as a reminder that when learners are empowered, they can inspire change beyond the classroom and create ripples of impact in their communities.
