Our curious Nursery explorers recently invited their parents to The Discovery Zone for an exciting sensory journey titled “How do we see, hear, and feel our feelings?” The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as learners confidently showcased their PBL learning journey through a range of hands-on exploration stations. Parents proudly observed their little ones connect their senses to their emotions — seeing, hearing, touching, and feeling — as learning came alive through play.
From exploring textured sensory bins and building Mr Potato Head to making colourful playdough, tasting different flavours, and expressing emotions through music, each activity sparked curiosity and creativity. The highlight was the Senses Trail Game (Snakes and Ladders), in which learners identified senses in a fun, interactive way. It was heartwarming to see parents actively involved, celebrating curiosity, creativity, and meaningful learning moments with their children.
