What Makes a Life Meaningful

To make my life more meaningful, I attended a summer camp at Masjid-e-Saad-bin-Abi-Waqas. They taught us the rules and manners of the masjid. One of the important things we learned was how to perform ablution, or wudu, correctly. Without wudu, we are not in a state of purity, and wudu is a requirement for performing namaz.

Learning this made my life more meaningful because I can now teach my friends how to perform wudu correctly. It gives me a sense of happiness when I help someone learn something that is important for their daily life.

The building where I live also has a masjid on the fifth parking floor. I try to pray five times a day, and having a masjid nearby makes it easier and saves travel time. During Ramadan, at the Takmeel-e-Quran, I recite a Naat. Reciting Naat increases my love and respect for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in my heart. I also feel happy knowing that the people listening to the Naat may feel the same love and respect for our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

I am in Class 6 and study subjects such as English, Science, Social Studies, and Mathematics. The subjects I enjoy the most are Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science. My life becomes more meaningful when I learn new things and share my knowledge with my family members. Studying also gives me a sense of purpose because I want to make my parents and teachers proud.

I also play football and cricket. Whenever someone teaches me a new skill, I like to share it with my friends so they can learn and enjoy the things I am passionate about.

If I continue following these values and sharing what I learn with others, I believe I can become a better Muslim and a better person.
