A working mother manages responsibilities both at work and at home, often putting everyone’s needs before her own. Despite the exhaustion, mothers continue because their love and responsibilities give them strength every day.

For mothers of children with special needs, this journey can be even more emotional and demanding. Society may only notice a child’s difficulties, but only a mother truly understands the effort behind every small achievement. Watching your child depend on others for learning, communication, or classroom support can be emotionally painful, yet every little progress becomes a moment of pride.

Today, many schools are promoting inclusive education, which is a positive step. However, inclusion can only be successful when teachers are properly trained and supported. Many teachers genuinely care for their students, but without the required training, managing differentiated activities and understanding the emotional and learning needs of children with special needs can become stressful for them as well.

At times, mothers silently carry the fear of whether their child is truly being understood in school or simply being managed. Children with special needs often learn differently, and they need encouragement rather than judgment. A supportive teacher can build a child’s confidence, while a lack of understanding can deeply affect both the child and the parent. This is why awareness, patience, and proper training are so important in creating truly inclusive classrooms.

A child with special needs does not only require education; they require patience, understanding, acceptance, and emotional support. As both a mother and a professional, I have learned that balance does not mean perfection. It simply means continuing with love, patience, and hope, even on the most difficult days.

Written by: Ms. Tehmina Muzammil Balancing motherhood and professional life is one of the greatest challenges for many women today.… Continue reading Balancing Motherhood and Professional Life

[15

post-1095","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-from-the-classroom-to-the-blogosphere","entry
["GET
