A blog written by Abdul Muqsit from IV A provides valuable insights into the benefits of excursion trips for educational purposes!

Excursion trips like our visit to Winterland are important because they give us a chance to learn in a different way. When we go on these trips, we get to experience new things firsthand, like feeling the cold air on our faces or sliding down icy slides. It helps us understand and remember what we’ve been learning in class better.

Plus, going on trips is super fun! It’s a break from our normal routine, and we get to bond with our classmates and teachers outside of the classroom. We also get to explore new places and cultures, which helps broaden our horizons and teaches us to appreciate diversity.

Last week, my whole class went on a super cool trip to Winterland! First, we all hopped on big buses and drove there. When we arrived, we got these awesome jackets and gloves to keep us warm. Once we were all bundled up, we went inside and wow, it was amazing!

I started by going on the longest slide ever! It was like a roller coaster but made of ice. I slid down from the tippy top of Winterland and it felt like I was flying! Then, I tried out this cool cycle that went around and around. I even got to go on it twice!

After that, I went on this crazy spiral slide. At first, it was slow, but then it zoomed down super fast! I felt like I was spinning all over the place!

The best part was playing in the snow area. I even got to have a snowball fight with my friends. I had so much fun that I accidentally got frostbite, but don’t worry, I warmed up pretty quick.

After all that excitement, it was time to head back to school. But before we left, we got to eat some yummy food. Then, I came home with lots of fun memories of my trip to Winterland!

Overall, excursion trips are important because they make learning exciting and memorable, while also helping us grow as individuals by exposing us to new experiences and ideas.
