Ramadan is known as the most sacred times for Muslims. It is observed by worldwide Muslims as a month of fasting, communal prayers, reflection, community and a month to improve our actions and thoughts. It is also the month in which the Quran has been revealed to the prophet Mohammed SAW. It is important because it is the month of guidance, declaration of direction and means of salvation.
The spiritual blessing of Ramadan includes fostering empathy, encouraging charity and promoting self-control and discipline. Fasting in this month helps Muslim reflect on their actions, seek forgiveness and strengthen their connection with Allah SWT.
The social significance of Ramadan helps strengthen community bonds as individuals come and share experiences together and support one another.
Ramadan helps with detoxification, weight loss, improve humanity, better blood sugar control, boosts immune system, improves digestion, boost mental health, prevents cancer, cleans the soul, strengthens connection with Allah, Allah forgives us, great opportunity to do more good deeds, lowers cholesterol and reduces hypertension
