Mysterious Meteor Sighting in Karachi

Two days ago the residents of Karachi witnessed a rare and awe inspiring celestial event: a meteor streaking across the night sky. The Sighting which occurred between Sunday And Monday night at approximately 2:43 am. A large number of Karachiites captured this event in their camera and within a couple of minutes it spread in the world through social media.
My whole Family was driving home after having our sehri when I saw this bright, glowing object shooting across the sky. It was like nothing I’ve seen before.It was so bright that it lit up the entire sky. I can’t explain my feelings. I was frightened and at the same time excited.
Now let’s talk about meteorology from both a scientific and Islamic Point of view. In science it is also known as Shooting star, is a small particle from space enters Earth’s atmosphere and burns up, producing a bright streak of light in the sky.
In Quran Surah e Saffat (37:10) Allah discusses meteors.
“Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars.And as protection against every rebellious devil (So)they may not listen to the exalted assembly [of angels] and are pelted from every side,Repelled; and for them is a constant punishment,Except one who snatches [some words] by theft, but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness].
Meteor sightings are relatively rare , and most meteorites burn up completely before they can be seen. The fact that this meteor was visible for several seconds and was seen by multiple people makes it a significant event.
