The energy was high, the smiles wide, and the spirit of unity stronger than ever as we kicked off the new academic year with a heartwarming Meet & Greet for our dedicated staff! From thoughtful details to meaningful activities, every moment reflected care and intention. A big shoutout and heartfelt thanks to our incredible School Leadership and Admin Team, whose tireless efforts and behind-the-scenes planning made the teachers’ first day back truly special. Their dedication to creating a warm, welcoming environment set a fitting launch for the next chapter.

Catching Up Over Coffee & Conversations
We began the morning with warm reunions and friendly chatter as teachers reconnected over coffee, cookies, and laughter. It was the perfect setting to ease into the day and rekindle the bonds that make our team feel like family.
“In Sync We Think” – Picture Relay Challenge
This fast-paced and fun icebreaker got everyone’s creative juices flowing! Teachers took turns drawing and guessing
phrases in a relay format reminding us of the importance of communication, collaboration, and a shared understanding in achieving our common goals.
Build the Bridge – Strengthening Parent-Teacher Relationships
In this interactive task, teams constructed symbolic bridges using simple materials—representing the vital connection between parents and educators. The takeaway? Strong partnerships are the foundation of student success.
The LEGO Duck Challenge – Embracing Diverse Perspectives
A playful yet powerful challenge! Each participant was asked to create a duck using identical LEGO pieces—yet every design was uniquely different. This exercise reminded us that while we all share the same mission, we bring our own perspectives and creativity to the table.
A Special Prayer – Starting the Year With Gratitude
In a quiet moment of reflection, we came together for a heartfelt prayer—expressing gratitude for the opportunities ahead and seeking strength, wisdom, and unity for the year to come.
General Staff Meeting – Aligning Our Vision and Goals
The day concluded with a purposeful staff meeting where key updates were shared, new goals were aligned, and our shared vision was reaffirmed. With clarity and commitment, we’re stepping confidently into the new year.
