The Student Council Elections at Primary Campus, S.M.C.H.S. have been an exciting, inspiring journey marked by enthusiasm, responsibility, and remarkable displays of student leadership. Step by step, our young leaders embraced each stage of the process with confidence and commitment, showcasing their growing skills and passion for making a positive difference in their school community.
Self-Nomination – Taking the First Brave Step
The election process began with students submitting their self-nomination forms, demonstrating initiative, confidence, and a willingness to serve. This first step set the tone for what would become a memorable leadership journey.
Announcement of Shortlisted Candidates & E-Voting
Another important milestone followed as the names of shortlisted young leaders from Grades 4 and 5 were announced in their classrooms. This announcement also marked the launch of the E-Voting process, allowing students to actively participate by casting their votes digitally. Excitement, pride, and anticipation filled the air as students enthusiastically supported their candidates and embraced the responsibility of choosing representatives for their peers.
Interview Readiness Workshop – Preparing Future Leaders
Our nominees took part in an Interview Readiness Workshop conducted by the Leader in Me – Lighthouse Team Members, Ms. Fakhra Mankani and Ms. Sana Meghani, where they engaged in confidence-building activities, communication skill-building tasks, guidance on professional body language, and realistic mock interview practice. The session equipped our young leaders with the tools to express their ideas clearly and carry themselves with confidence and poise.
Leadership Interviews with the School Head
With new skills and a strong sense of purpose, shortlisted candidates for Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, and Deputy Head Girl confidently stepped into their interviews with our School Head, Ms. Quratul Ain Kamal. This important stage allowed them to highlight their leadership qualities, share their vision for the school, and express their passion for student representation.
Inspiring Campaign Speeches
Next came a highly anticipated moment—the special assembly where our final nominees took the stage to deliver their campaign speeches.
With confidence and determination, they shared their ideas, goals, and hopes for the school, inspiring peers and teachers alike.
Investiture Ceremony – Celebrating Success
Primary I Campus, P.E.C.H.S. proudly announced the Student Council 2025–26 in a grand Investiture Ceremony filled with smiles of pride, energetic applause, and heartwarming moments of achievement. The atmosphere truly reflected the spirit of teamwork and leadership as our young council members stepped into their new roles.
Adding to the joy of the occasion were the proud parents, whose enthusiasm and support made the celebration even more memorable. Their excitement for their children’s accomplishments added warmth and meaning to a day that beautifully honoured shared success and the bright potential of our student leaders.

The 2025–26 Student Council Election journey has reinforced that leadership is not just a role—it is a responsibility, a learning experience, and a celebration of character.
