The Student Council Elections at Primary Campus, S.M.C.H.S. have been an exciting, inspiring journey marked by enthusiasm, responsibility, and remarkable displays of student leadership. Step by step, our young leaders embraced each stage of the process with confidence and commitment, showcasing their growing skills and passion for making a positive difference in their school community.
Self-Nomination – Taking the First Brave Step
The election process began with students submitting their self-nomination forms, demonstrating initiative, confidence, and a willingness to serve. This first step set the tone for what would become a memorable leadership journey.
Announcement of Shortlisted Candidates & E-Voting
Another important milestone followed as the names of shortlisted young leaders from Grades 4 and 5 were announced in their classrooms. This announcement also marked the launch of the E-Voting process, allowing students to actively participate by casting their votes digitally. Excitement, pride, and anticipation filled the air as students enthusiastically supported their candidates and embraced the responsibility of choosing representatives for their peers.

Interview Readiness Workshop – Preparing Future Leaders
Our nominees took part in an Interview Readiness Workshop conducted by the Leader in Me – Lighthouse Team Members, Ms. Fakhra Mankani and Ms. Sana Meghani, where they engaged in confidence-building activities, communication skill-building tasks, guidance on professional body language, and realistic mock interview practice. The session equipped our young leaders with the tools to express their ideas clearly and carry themselves with confidence and poise.
