The Learning Ride<\/span><\/i> of Early Years was a joyful three-day celebration from April 22 – 24, 2025. It was the celebration of our youngest learners and their incredible learning journeys. This student-led event gave children from Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Kindergarten the opportunity to showcase their understanding, creativity, and confidence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Day 1<\/b> belonged to our <\/span>Kindergarten students<\/span><\/i>, who took the stage with performances based on stories they had personally chosen\u2014<\/span>\u201cMonkey Puzzle,\u201d \u201cThe Rainbow Fish,\u201d<\/span><\/i> and the Urdu story <\/span>\u201cSher Ki Shadi.\u201d<\/span><\/i> Each performance reflected their voice and interpretation. After the performances and a group song, the children led their families through a variety of interactive stations. These included <\/span>number puzzles, a light maze, shadow matching, and a real vs. alien words game<\/span><\/i>. Their learning through <\/span>project-based work and crafts<\/span><\/i> was also beautifully displayed, celebrating both process and product.<\/span><\/p>\n

On <\/span>Day 2<\/b>, <\/span>Nursery students<\/span><\/i> presented their learning around the topics <\/span>\u201cPoudon Ki Zarooriyat\u201d<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>\u201cSave Mother Earth.\u201d<\/span><\/i> Their confidence shone through as each child spoke their lines and sang together. The hands-on activities included <\/span>matching Urdu letters with pictures using Bee-Bots<\/span><\/i>, <\/span>balloon popping games<\/span><\/i> to identify sounds and words, and <\/span>letter sequencing<\/span><\/i> games.<\/span><\/p>\n

Day 3<\/b> saw our <\/span>Pre-Nursery learners<\/span><\/i> step into the spotlight. Their themes, <\/span>\u201cFeelings\u201d<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>\u201cFruit Land,\u201d<\/span><\/i> were expressed through delightful songs and spoken lines. Activities were thoughtfully designed for their level, including <\/span>sorting healthy and unhealthy foods<\/span><\/i>, <\/span>sound recognition games<\/span><\/i>, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Across all three days, the environment was filled with pride, laughter, and a deep sense of accomplishment. The EY Learning Ride was not just an event\u2014it was a celebration of voice, choice, and the powerful learning journey of our young learners.<\/span><\/p>\n
