Grandparents play an invaluable role in the lives of their grandchildren. Kids look up to their grandparents and often go to them for advice, words of wisdom, or a warm hug. <\/span>Grandparents Day is the perfect opportunity for kid<\/span>s to celebrate this flawless relationship with their grandma and grandpa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To make this bond even more beautiful and stronger, Beaconhouse Elementary Campus PECHS celebrated Grandparent\u2019s Day with full z<\/span>eal and zest, where all the grandparents from Toddlers till Kindergarten were invited for a fun filled event with their little munchkins.<\/span><\/p>\n

A brief yet interactive and informative session was organized by Abbott Pakistan for the grandparents keeping the importance of their health and well being in view. The session was conducted by a renowned nutritionist Ms Naureen Naimat. She had a meaningful interaction with the grandparents which was later follow<\/span>ed by checking up their BMI and blood pressure. Samples of nutrition powder were also distributed by Abbott Pakistan.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the session, students were excited to meet and greet their grandparents. They were involved in a variety of art and craft activities. They created beautiful handprint crafts, cards and souvenirs as a token of love for their grandp<\/span>arents. They also enjoyed playing different games for example snakes and ladders, ludo etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Grandparents and children were all smiles at the end of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regardless of how you decide to celebrate Grandparents Day, remember that the relationship of children with their grandparents is precious and should be honored and cherished every day of the year. Happy Grand<\/span>parents Day!<\/span><\/p>\n
