The Learning Ride of Early Years was a joyful three-day celebration from April 22 – 24, 2025. It was the celebration of our youngest learners and their incredible learning journeys. This student-led event gave children from Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Kindergarten the opportunity to showcase their understanding, creativity, and confidence.
Day 1 belonged to our Kindergarten students, who took the stage with performances based on stories they had personally chosen—“Monkey Puzzle,” “The Rainbow Fish,” and the Urdu story “Sher Ki Shadi.” Each performance reflected their voice and interpretation. After the performances and a group song, the children led their families through a variety of interactive stations. These included number puzzles, a light maze, shadow matching, and a real vs. alien words game. Their learning through project-based work and crafts was also beautifully displayed, celebrating both process and product.
On Day 2, Nursery students presented their learning around the topics “Poudon Ki Zarooriyat” and “Save Mother Earth.” Their confidence shone through as each child spoke their lines and sang together. The hands-on activities included matching Urdu letters with pictures using Bee-Bots, balloon popping games to identify sounds and words, and letter sequencing games.
Day 3 saw our Pre-Nursery learners step into the spotlight. Their themes, “Feelings” and “Fruit Land,” were expressed through delightful songs and spoken lines. Activities were thoughtfully designed for their level, including sorting healthy and unhealthy foods, sound recognition games, and more.
Across all three days, the environment was filled with pride, laughter, and a deep sense of accomplishment. The EY Learning Ride was not just an event—it was a celebration of voice, choice, and the powerful learning journey of our young learners.
