As the academic year draws to a close, it becomes essential to ensure that both students and parents are well-informed and prepared for the upcoming end-of-year examinations. To support this, our school, Beaconhouse Elementary Campus, P.E.C.H.S, conducted a comprehensive Exam Orientation Session for Grade 4 and Grade 5 students, as well as for the parents of Grade 4 and new Grade 5 students. The orientation was thoughtfully planned in two parts:
Student Orientation – 5th May, 2025:
On this day, students of Grades 4 and 5 gathered to receive detailed guidance on exam protocols. The session was led by School Head, Ms. Sumera Savez, who explained the overall structure, expectations, and procedures related to the end-of-year examinations. Subject teachers also took this opportunity to brief the students about exam-specific rules and requirements for their respective subjects. Students participated attentively and asked insightful questions during the interactive Q&A session, which helped clarify their doubts and built their confidence.
Parent Orientation – 6th May, 2025:
The following day, the parents of Grade 4 and new Grade 5 students were invited for a similar orientation. Understanding the importance of parental support during exam season, the session aimed to equip parents with the necessary knowledge regarding exam rules, timings, and student expectations. Ms. Sumera Savez once again led the session, emphasizing the importance of a calm and structured home environment during this crucial period. Parents appreciated the opportunity to engage in a Questions &Answers session, which allowed them to express concerns and seek guidance.
These orientation sessions were not just informative but also created a sense of readiness and assurance among students and parents alike. The school remains committed to transparent communication and holistic support, ensuring every student feels confident and well-prepared as they approach their final assessments.
