The school head, along with a group of teachers, took a joyful pause in their busy routines to reflect on the achievements of the team that makes everything possible. The event was thoughtfully designed to appreciate and celebrate the dedication, passion, and hard work of our staff. Each team member was presented with a personalized certificate featuring a title that acknowledged their unique strengths and contributions. From creativity and leadership to kindness and commitment, every detail reflected how much they are valued.
To make the celebration even more fun and engaging, a song or a few meaningful lines were dedicated to each staff member. The rest of the team had to guess who was being described before the certificate was awarded. This added an element of surprise, laughter, and heartfelt connection throughout the event. The feedback from staff was overwhelmingly positive. Many shared how meaningful it felt to be recognized in such a thoughtful and personal way. It was more than a celebration. It was a moment of unity, appreciation, and joy.
To add an extra layer of warmth and connection, the team also gathered for a special brunch at the charming Clock Tower Restaurant. Sharing a meal in such a relaxed and inviting setting offered a perfect opportunity to unwind, enjoy good food, and simply appreciate one another’s company outside of the usual work environment.
