Beaconhouse Elementary Campus PECHS was buzzing with creative energy on Friday, May 16, 2025, as our young leaders gathered for a special Leader in Me activity! It was a fantastic way to mark the end of a successful academic year, celebrating the incredible growth and achievements of our aspiring leaders from Classes I till III.
Throughout the year, these bright minds have been diligently exploring the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. From “Being Proactive” to “Synergize,” they’ve been building essential skills like confidence, teamwork, and leadership. It’s been inspiring to watch them internalize these habits and apply them in their daily lives. As a beautiful symbol of their journey, our students truly embraced the spirit of collaboration. Armed with their art supplies, they worked together to design their very own Leader in Me Tree. The variety in their creative output was truly inspiring! Each tree was a unique reflection of their individual personalities and their collective understanding of what it means to be a leader. The sheer joy and dedication they put into this project were palpable.
We are incredibly proud of our young leaders. They’ve shown us that leadership isn’t just about big gestures; it’s about the small, consistent efforts of being proactive, thinking win-win, and putting first things first. Keep shining as young leaders! Your creativity, collaboration, and commitment are an inspiration to us all.
