The Leader in Me Symposium at BECP was an exciting and inspiring event where students from Grades 1 to 5 showcased their leadership skills. The symposium was held on February 28, 2025 which brought together students, teachers, and parents to celebrate the Leader in Me philosophy and its impact on young learners in our school. A special highlight of the event was the session by Chief Guest Ms. Saima Raheel, Leader in Me Coach who spoke to parents about the importance of leadership skills in children. She emphasized how the Leader in Me is not just a school program but a lifetime mindset that empowers children to be confident, responsible, and goal-oriented individuals. Parents actively participated in discussions, asked questions, and appreciated the efforts of students and teachers in implementing leadership principles at an early age. The event strengthened the connection between school and home in fostering a leadership culture.
Another highlight of the event was the interactive stalls set up by students, where they displayed different Leader in Me habits through creative activities, posters, and presentations. Each stall represented a habit, such as:

✅ Synergize – Teamwork games promoted the power of collaboration.
✅ Sharpen the Saw – Students shared self-care and wellness tips for a balanced life.
Parents visiting the symposium were amazed to see their children take charge, explain concepts with confidence, and apply leadership habits in real life.
