On a sunny morning of December 08, 2023, Beaconhouse School System’s Elementary Campus P.E.C.H.S. buzzed with excitement and creativity as it hosted ‘Projects Pinnacle.’ This grand event served as the culmination of the E-Super and E-STEAM projects undertaken by the talented students from grades 1 to 5. Parents, teachers, and students gathered at the school campus from 9:30 am to 11:30 am to witness the impressive showcase of innovation and teamwork. The E-Super projects, tailored for students in grades 3 to 5, brought forth commendable initiatives. Grade 3’s project, named as “One Humanity, Many Faces,” celebrated community heroes through posters and show-and-tell sessions. It was heartening to see young minds recognizing and acknowledging the unsung efforts of those who contribute to society. In the spirit of entrepreneurship, Grade 4 embarked on the project “From Vision to Venture.” The students donned the hats of entrepreneurs, showcasing their creativity by developing various products and demonstrating marketing skills in the process. The school grounds transformed into a marketplace of young business minds.

Grade 5 took on a significant societal issue with their project titled “Hunger.” The students delved into the causes and effects of hunger, and with social entrepreneurial zeal, they designed and sold projects aimed at alleviating hunger. The empathy and understanding displayed by these young minds were truly inspiring.

Simultaneously, the E-STEAM projects engaged students from grades 1 to 5 in a wide array of scientific explorations. Grade 1 focused on “Let’s Not Waste Food,” seeking innovative ways to reduce food wastage. Their creative prototypes and posters conveyed a powerful message about responsible consumption.

Grade 2 delved into the mysteries of nature with their project on “How Plants Grow.” Through hands-on experiences and captivating displays, they unraveled the secrets of plant growth, fostering an appreciation for nature.

The entrepreneurial spirit continued with Grade 3’s collaboration on “The Bake Sale at School.” These budding bakers not only honed their culinary skills but also practiced essential entrepreneurial skills by selling their delicious goodies to enthusiastic visitors.

Grade 4, in their project “Boom Boom,” explored the world of sound production through different musical instruments. The harmonious blend of science and music echoed throughout the campus, showcasing the students’ understanding of the principles behind the magic of sound.

The journey to the red planet unfolded for Grade 5 in their project, “The Journey to the Red Planet.” Through intricate 3D models, these young scientists illustrated life on Mars, sparking curiosity and imagination among the onlookers.

A highlight of Projects Pinnacle was the students’ commitment to charity. All earnings from the various stalls set up by the students were donated to a noble cause, reinforcing the values of compassion and generosity instilled in them by their dedicated teachers.
