A team is a golden part of our power of winning so this is why we should respect each other.<br \/><br \/><br \/>When we work as a team, things become easy for us because all the members cooperate with each other. In a team we should not be selfish and we should always work for the team.<br \/><br \/>Teamwork is mostly important in sport, projects and activities.Usually for teamwork\u2019s we need to have a team leader for guidance. Members of the team should listen and follow the leader. Sometime,the leader also needs advice and suggestion from the members, to make sure the member are also part of it.<br \/><br \/><br \/>One time in my school,there was a team leader,We had to perform in front of random people. Half of the members were nervous and there was one girl who was very confused also I eloped them by encouraging them and giving them some helpful tips. The day before our performance even I was tense and nervous because it was my first time being a leader, but my friends encouraged me to do this because I had came so far.<br \/><br \/>We should always keep on trying and never give up because teamwork makes the dream work<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When we work as a team everything goes as planed.
