PECHS Primary II believes that morning assembly is an integral part of a school’s schedule. A good assembly gives an enthusiastic start to a child’s day at school.
The flow of the assembly may vary from one school to another, but the purpose is the same: building a culture of unity and giving students a chance to showcase their talent in the form of academic and co-curricular activities.
At PECHS Primary II, we conduct morning assemblies for all grades, from Nursery to Grade V. Each morning assembly is planned in such a way that it helps our young students with holistic development. Our morning assemblies start with the recitation of the Holy Quran and then a play, speech, or activity planned and performed by our young students.
On Wednesday, 26th October 2022, students of KG-B performed small acts on the topic of “Good Habits” in their morning assembly. The young students’ mothers were also there to encourage them and boost their confidence.
On Thursday, 27th October 2022, students of class V-B explored the magical world of Roald Dahl today with a play that introduced the most beloved characters from Dahl’s books to encourage others to read and fill their minds with magic for in Dahl’s words: Fantasy is a necessary ingredient of living.
On Tuesday, 1st November 2022, our young students of Nursery-A performed enthusiastically in the morning assembly on the topic of ‘Feelings’. They described different feelings and narrated quotations with a beautiful performance on a song. The students’ mothers were also invited to attend the assembly and boost their children’s confidence.
PECHS Primary II Campus strives to ensure an enriching learning experience for our students, and morning assembles play a pivotal role in that.
