The month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, in the Islamic calendar, is of immense significance for Muslims as it is the month when our Holy Prophet (PBUH) was born into the world.
To honour and pay tribute to the paid tribute to the Rahmat-ul-Alamin Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H), PECHS Primary II Campus organised a Bazm-e-Noor (Milaad) on 28th October 2022 in which the students of Grades III and IV participated through the beautiful recitation of Durood, Hamds, and Naats.
The Milaad started with a warm welcome and distribution of flowers. Next, our students Abdul Wasay recited some verses from the Holy Quran, and Naba Zehra from Grade IV-C did the translation.
After this, students from Grades III and IV recited a sequence of Naats. In between, two of our students also shared some sayings (Hadees) with the attendees, including other students and parents. Lastly, our student Mohib from Grade IV-A recited the ending dua.
The Milaad ended with the distribution of mithai boxes and souvenirs (tasbeehs) among the attendees.

- Ms Hina Arshi, Senior Mistress at PECHS Campus – Middle Section
- Ms Sonia Rizwan, Headmistress at PECHS Kindergarten Branch
The parents were also invited to be a part of the event and watch their children recite Naats and Durood in honour of our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
We are proud of our young students for the beautiful recitation and thank our guests and parents for attending the event and making it a success.
