Many students have unfortunately failed their exams due to due to immense pressure and anxiety they feel during this time. But some of the tips, that I am using now-a-day to make myself well prepared for the coming up end of year exams. And I am wanting to share these tips with you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 PLAN AND PRIORITIZE:<br \/>\nAlways plan and prioritize. Start by creating a study schedule that breaks down your subjects and topics into manageable chunks. It will help you to stay focused and organized. And prioritize your study time based on the importance and difficulty of each subject.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Take regular breaks:<br \/>\nIt\u2019s important to give some rest to your brain. And never ever spend your break time in gadgets because distractions always come by using gadgets excessively. And you know what, having a walk, playing with your friends and doing physical activities makes you feel fresh and healthy. Just remember to keep track of time and not get too carried away.<\/p>\n<p>SELF CARE: Always take care of your self during exams. Don\u2019t over burden your mind. And don\u2019t compromise on your sleep. Have a sleep of at least 8 to 9 hours. Prepare overnight oats. Never skip your breakfast. Always have a healthy breakfast. Having a good start to the day is crucial during exams. Have your meal in portions. Avoid sugar and sweet items. Drink fresh juices and eat a lot of fruits.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 SELF BELIEVE:<br \/>\nBelieve in yourself, stay confident, trust yourself, correct your mistakes, never give up. Because losers are the one who give up. Trusting your self gives you confidence and by gaining confidence, you get enough motivation to work hard. And do work smartly.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 SUBJECT ISSUES:<br \/>\nFocus on those subjects in which you are having doubts and problems. And if you are not understanding or getting any concept and your teachers are not available, understand them from online resources such as google, you tube, chat gpt and artificial intelligence. I am giving my example that I always stuck in math, I am tired from it, but I never give up.
