This is particularly key when organizations grow or change. It helps employees build a sense of security in their value to the company, motivating them to continue great work…………………….<\/div>\n
Nothing misses the eyes of our school leader be it any good deed of the students or any teacher walking an extra mile for her learners.<\/div>\n
Our HMI ensures that the staff at BPPM is duly appreciated and acknowledged on a regular basis. This not only keeps them all motivated and self driven but also sets the standards for ensuring excellence in our learning environment. Today our HMI, Mrs. Saima Faheem awarded the teachers with the Service Quality badges who have shown brilliant performance in December 2022.<\/div>\n
