The purpose of Employee of the Month recognition is\u00a0to show appreciation for the efforts of employees as they help organization achieve its goals and deliver excellence<\/b>.<\/p>\n

It\u00a0promotes healthy competition among employees and boosts morale<\/b>. The award itself acts as an incentive for workers to work harder and be more productive. A report suggests that 82% of the employees feel happier when they’re recognized at work as it gives them a sense of accomplishment, and they tend to stay longer.<\/p>\n

Teachers in BPPM are always a symbol of an epitome of creativity. In this regard, the admin always acknowledge their efforts by giving service badges to employees of the month. The students were enthralled by witnessing the event where HMI Ms. Saima Faheem pinned up the badges to the deserving teachers and support staff.<\/div>\n
