Moreover we should surely surround ourselves with the people we love the people that mentally support us provide us with a sense of mental and physical security we should surround ourselves with positive people the ones we can always look forward to just like a strainer the people should play the role of the strainer meaning that whenever we need there help they provide us with it and strain all the stress and tension away only letting the good and useful things pass it. But all this does not mean that we cut off our physical health as we can not deny the fact that our physical health also impacts our mental health that means we should stay physically active contain a balanced diet and having healthy amount of sleep as well as rest moreover spending time with our loved ones. Prioritizing mental health is a journey towards a more fulfilling and balanced life. By understanding the importance of our emotional and psychological well-being, breaking the stigma, adopting positive habits, building a support system, and recognizing the mind-body connection, we can take proactive steps to nurture our mental health.
