Leadership begins with conversation, reflection, and shared purpose—and that spirit was clearly reflected during a recent Leader in Me (LIM) Circle Time session held with all Primary School teachers.
The session was led by School Head Ms. Saima Faheem, who guided teachers through the agenda for the forthcoming LIM Coach Visit. She highlighted the importance of teacher proactivity, consistent leadership language, and purposeful classroom practices to ensure effective implementation of the Leader in Me programme. Her address reinforced the idea that teachers play a pivotal role in modeling leadership habits and nurturing student ownership from the very first years of schooling.

Adding further clarity and direction, LIM Coordinator Ms. Beanish Ali presented detailed insights into the Class WIGs (Wildly Important Goals). She shared the planning framework and expectations, helping teachers align classroom goals with the broader school leadership vision. The session also included an overview of the upcoming LIM Contest, generating excitement and motivation among staff to guide students in showcasing their leadership journeys creatively and confidently.
