Leader in Me is an evidence-based, comprehensive model that builds leadership and life skills in students, creates a high-trust school culture, and lays the foundation for sustained academic achievement. There are over 5,000 Leader in Me schools in all 50 states and in over 50 countries. The mission is to unleash the greatness in students, educators, and school communities everywhere.

Leader in Me is a K–12 whole-school improvement model and process that helps educators and families collaborate together to develop students as life-ready leaders. As administrators and staff work to grow a leadership culture at school, parents and guardians can reinforce what is being taught at home with shared paradigms and principles. The result of a partnership between home and school will be students who are prepared for college, career, and life.

In this regard an online Parent Orientation Session regarding the Leader in Me Program was conducted by Ms. Ayesha Adnan to share the primary purpose of the Leader in Me program giving a better understanding about its nature and to clear the values, functions and the central objective to the parent body ensuring its smooth incorporation in academics.
