“Sometimes we think it’s easier to tell a little lie.
We find it hard to tell the truth, however we may try.
We’re just afraid to take the blame,
we feel remorse, we’re full of shame.
We should not cheat when things go wrong,
just face the facts, own up, be strong.”
Good things are usually hard to follow but in the longer run is the most useful way of living a dignified life. Students of 4B displayed this through a role play in their morning assembly today where they shared a story of two brothers in which one was rich and other was poor. The day started with the name of Allah which was followed by morning prayer, role play and to check the understanding of the students, question and answer session was also held.
Muhammad Ayaan and Parishay Khan conducted the assembly and invited Haasher Zeeshan for the recitation. Muhammad Salman read the morning prayer and then the students were invited for the role play. Mikail Mohsin, Bilal Zahid and Farhat Nazir narrated the story while the other students acted on it. The assembly came to a close with the ending note and a prayer in which students prayed for staying honest and true in all the things we say and do. Every student presented their role in a really good way and enjoyed the beginning of the day. It is expected that students will adopt this habit of staying honest in their life irrespective of the fear that things might go wrong as sometimes the things that appear to be wrong in the shorter run turns out to be a reason for prosperity in the longer run.
