Effective Coaching is the most effective intervention designed for individuals’ performance. Coaching is a fantastic opportunity for teachers to develop themselves further. Today the teaching staff of BPPM commenced a new adventure of learning with Ms. Almas Fawad the Leader in Me Coach.
The esteemed coach met the HMI Ms. Saima Faheem and the SC Ms. Faryal Zahra to have an insight of how the Leader in Me Program is incorporated in the branch. The coach observed the direct lessons and integration of Leader in Me in various lessons. She was extremely delighted to witness and appreciated the efforts of the branch and quality of work produced at each level regarding the LIM Program.
ater, she conducted a coaching session with the Lighthouse Team and assisted them in devising plans for the school. The coaching session was really effective and brought further clarity among the Lighthouse Team Members for effectively collaborating and inculcating the leadership attributes in the pupils and the environment of the School.
She was presented with a souvenir made by our very own Abrahim of class 7B as a token of gratitude for her visit and efforts.
