Delicate hands, emotional souls, beauty with brains, societal pressures and fashionistas, all of these symbolizes one and only the wonder women of our societies. 8th March is the day when the world recognizes the untiring efforts of women whom we consider as the backbone of the society. Just imagine a day without her and we are sure the world is going to topple upside down. In this regard, BPPM arranged a special assembly where students gathered to acknowledge the women in their lives. The assembly started with a role play where the students of 4C disguised themselves into successful women of Pakistan. They shared their achievements and struggles. Then a beautiful dance was displayed where students enjoyed thoroughly especially the lyrics where women were empowering themselves. The assembly progressed with a beautiful song by the choir girls of 6A. The cherry on top segment was the presentation of the Wonder Women Award to our HMI Saima Faheem on behalf of the whole staff and School Coordinator. HMI thanked the whole staff and advised all the students to start respecting women around them especially mothers and sisters. She also emphasized on the fact that the whole society is dependent on the self-less women who are epitome of love, care and devotion. A grand feast was also arranged by BPPM birthday girls, also known as the wonder women, for the whole staff to relish on the delicious dishes and celebrate being a women. Let’s just spread the message of love and acknowledge the beauty with brains of our society.
