The Urdu Department of PWD Primary and Middle Branch organized an event ‘Haftae Urdu Adab Week’. The choir students sang patriotic songs as the theme. Students showed great interest and recited poems related to the topic and received applause from the audience. Students participated in theme based Role Plays exclusive Iqbal Day. They dressed in costumes depicting various characters. The role play activity was conceived and directed by Urdu Teachers that was greatly praised by the audience. The last day of ‘Haftae Urdu Adab’ was celebrated with a number of speeches and Poetry. Students also wrote the poetry in calligraphic style.
