Inspiring Leadership in Action — Leader in Me Review Team Visit 🌟

We were honoured to welcome the Leader in Me Review Team Coach, Mr. Sher Afghan, to BPPM – PWD Primary & Middle Campus for an inspiring and impactful visit. The day beautifully reflected our school’s culture of leadership, confidence, and student empowerment.

The visit began with a warm welcome by our Student Lighthouse Team. A special appreciation goes to Mahroosh and Zulqifl from Grade 2, who confidently conducted an outstanding student-led school tour. Their communication skills, confidence, and sense of responsibility truly reflected the leadership potential of our young learners.

Throughout the visit, students actively participated in classroom discussions and demonstrated clarity of concepts, collaboration, and enthusiasm for learning. The campus environment showcased the essence of the Leader in Me process through leadership displays, WIG scoreboards, mission statements, and student-centered learning spaces.

A key highlight of the visit was the proactive, detailed, and insightful meeting led by our School Head, Ms. Saima Faheem. Her strong leadership vision, thoughtful guidance, and deep understanding of the Leader in Me process were clearly reflected throughout the discussion. Her passion, dedication, and commitment towards student growth and leadership development were truly inspiring.

One of the most memorable moments of the visit was the interaction between the Review Team Coach and the Student Lighthouse Team. Students confidently shared their learning experiences, leadership roles, and how the 8 Habits have positively influenced their daily lives.

The Review Team Coach appreciated the strong leadership culture, interactive learning environment, and the confidence displayed by students across the campus. The visit also included productive discussions focused on continuous improvement and strengthening student leadership practices.
