The recent visit of Leader in Me Coach, Ms. Hamna Mansoor, marked another milestone in strengthening the school’s leadership culture.
She began her visit with a meeting with the School Head, Ms. Saima Faheem, where they reflected on the school’s ongoing leadership journey, celebrated milestones, and discussed strategies to further deepen the integration of leadership practices across academic and co-curricular areas. The discussion highlighted the school’s commitment to nurturing confident, responsible, and self-driven learners through the Leader in Me framework.
She appreciated the structured implementation of leadership practices and the visible leadership environment across the campus.
The Student Lighthouse Team confidently presented their roles and initiatives, reflecting ownership, responsibility, and growth. The Adult Lighthouse Team also shared their efforts in fostering leadership through consistent planning and collaboration.
She also met with the Adult Lighthouse Team, where she acknowledged the staff’s dedication, collaboration, and consistent efforts in fostering a leadership-driven environment. The team shared their strategies, evidence of implementation, and their collective vision for continuous improvement. Ms. Hamna further reviewed the school’s Gantt chart and leadership displays, appreciating the systematic planning, consistency, and visible integration of leadership principles throughout the campus.
A proud highlight was when Lamya Asif (5B) presented her original artwork and shared her leadership journey, while Hadia Jamal (5C) confidently reflected on her growth and experiences.
The visit concluded on a warm note with a thoughtful token of appreciation and a beautifully designed Ramazan card by Zainab Rizwan (2C). The session was highly productive and reaffirmed the school’s commitment to nurturing confident leaders and empowering every child to discover their true potential.
