Co-teaching allows students and teachers to SYNERGISE, aiming to experience and benefit from a wide range of learning styles and teaching techniques, while promoting inclusion and a sense of community among a group of learners working towards the same goals of success and growth. It helps students to become PROACTIVE staying focused and engaged. Students also build better relationships with their teachers which helps them to become more creative and innovative, they perform better as well as have a fulfilling school environment where they Think Win-Win and feel comfortable to ask questions from everyone and grow to be a LEADER.
To Sharpen The Saw Co-teaching was conducted today during the English Lesson in grade 3s by Ms. Shehr Bano and Ms. Ayesha Adnan on the topic: Shape Poem.
Both the teachers coordinated and delivered substantive instructions. They planned and used high-involvement strategies to engage all the inquisitive learners in the lesson using TPR (Total Physical Response) Approach as the starter activity. The brilliant beaconites thoroughly enjoyed the lesson and came up with flawless Shape Poems.
The dauntless learners later presented their poems in pairs which added a perk to the Co-teaching session…
