The purpose of the student council is to give students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects. In addition to planning events that contribute to school spirit and community welfare, the student council is the voice of the student body. Today the enthusiastic Council members of BPPM organized a Morning assembly under the ‘’Primary Mentoring Program’’ on the topic of Believe in yourself. The assembly included a role play where students beautifully narrated and executed the story of an old man and his grandson. Later the girls showed a tableau which engaged the primary school students followed by a motivating speech by the head boy. In the last the primary students were asked to share what kind of support they want from the student council members. All these activities were planned and executed solely by the student council.
