Strengthening Leadership Through Circle Time
Team Leads recently conducted purposeful circle time sessions with the Student Lighthouse Team and all Action Plan team members. These sessions focused on revising, reviewing, and reinforcing the agreed action plans, ensuring clarity of roles and a shared vision moving forward.
Through open discussions and guided reflections, students were encouraged to express their ideas, revisit commitments, and align their efforts with the goals ahead. The sessions also served as a platform to build confidence, teamwork, and ownership among our young leaders.
As the upcoming coaching session approaches, Team Leads are actively preparing their young ones to lead with confidence, clarity, and responsibility. With continuous guidance and encouragement, our students are all set to move ahead as empowered leaders, ready to showcase their learning and leadership journey.
